What is the maximum size flat screen the T-pod holds?

The T-pod can hold up to a 23" height x 37" length x 4.25" depth. Just measure your flat screen and if it is under these parameters you are good to go .Download Flat Screen Parameters

For the Tpod what size flat screen Vesa does it have?

The Tpod comes with a choice of Vesa 200mm x Vesa 200mm or Vesa 100mm x 100mm Check your flat screen before purchasing or ask our sales rep when ordering.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We ship orders within 7-13 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom graphics or a custom Cover Wrap may add additional time. Large Booth orders take 4 to 6 weeks and vary seasonal.

What are my options for Shipping?

TADD Innovations products ship Fed Ex Ground or UPS ground. We charge a flat rate for shipping plus a handling fee, shipping and handling fees vary according to product. Please check with customer service for the appropriate rate on the product you are purchasing.
You are welcome to use your Fed Ex or UPS account number or arrange your own shipping method, the handling charge will apply to your order.

What if an order arrives damaged?
1. Take several pictures of damaged product and packaging. Do not discard packaging or damaged items.
2. Contact TADD Innovations at 631 573 6776 to report the damage.
3. Send photos to TADD Innovations for assessment. In most cases, a replacement part or product will be shipped immediately.
4. TADD Innovations will report a claim with the carrier (UPS or Fed Ex) and their representative will inspect the damages.

How do I return an item?

Unless otherwise noted, all returned merchandise carries a 35% restocking fee and must be returned within 3 days in new and unused condition.
If product is determined that it has been used and returned No refunds will be granted
Products must be in original carton with all packing material intact.
All returns must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. (MUST return on pallet if received on Pallet)
Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection
Returned merchandise received damaged will not be credited
Customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs.
No credits are issued on shipping costs
Absolutely no returns accepted on custom order displays, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics. Custom graphic wrap colors may vary slightly due to printed graphic on mesh fabric material.

Shipping Cases:

Once your TADD product is shipped the case is considered used. It cannot be sold as New, for this reason there are no returns on shipping cases.

If Special Promotion is offered on free shipping and shipment is returned, customer will pay for original shipping expenses.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping expenses to our location and back to purchaser location on display items being evaluated for inspection or repair.

Although the TADD Shipping Cases are extremely durable they are not indestructable, If you arrive at a Trade Show and your Cases are damaged submit a claim with your Shipping Carrier or Convention Services they are responsible for the damage.

Shipping Carriers: Once shipped we do not guarantee product will arrive on a specific date, therefore TADD Innovations will not be responsible for shipment that arrives late or lost due to carrier. Returns and refunds will not be given for orders that the carrier is responsible for.

Warranty

TADD Innovations products are warranted to the original purchaser that TADD products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating use and conditions intended by the manufacturer.
TADD Innovations warrants the TADD products to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by misuse, abuse, accident, and altercations by the purchaser, improper care, improper power supply, power surges or failures, improper moving of unit, any damage caused by not properly following supplied unit instructions, damage in transit by shipping carriers, airlines and other third parties.
You are purchasing quality products. With proper care and maintenance, your TADD products will last for many years to come but your product is not indestructible. With time all materials eventually wear out with normal use. TADD Innovations is not liable for normal wear and tear (such as wheels, handles, locks, scratches, ect.) Press for Guarantee Statement
